Q. I read online that you charge for electricity, is this still the case?

A. When we first began operations we, like most other villas on Koh Samui, had an additional charge for electricity. After listening to feedback from our guests we have since changed this policy. Unlimited electricity usage is now included free of charge.

 

Q. Are the villas suitable for disabled guests or those with limited mobility?

A. All of our villas are accessed via a set of stairs and unfortunately, disabled access is not possible. If you’d like more information or photos of a specific villa, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

 

Q. Which of your villas have a sea view?

A. You’re in luck! All our villas have sprawling sea views. You can see the specific view from each villa on the individual villa pages

 

Q. Can we cook in the villa?

A. Absolutely. All our villas have a fully-fitted kitchen and BBQ. If you’d like your fridge filled with fresh ingredients upon your arrival, please contact us prior to your stay.

 

Q. What is provided in the villa?

A. Our villas include bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, TV and audio equipment, basic toiletries, and games. For more specific details, or to make a specific request, please contact us before your stay.

 

Q. Do all Samui Bayside villas have washing machines?

A. Most, but not all, of our villas have washing machines. You can also have laundry sent out from the villa. For more details, please get in touch.

 

Q. Does each villa have a private pool? How big is it?

A. Pool size varies between villas but they are, on average, 3x4m. All pools are private, have infinity edges, and stunning sea views.

 

Q. Can you provide a baby cot and a high chair?

A. Baby cots and high chairs are available in all villas, free of charge. Please let us know prior to arrival if you require either.

 

Q. Do you provide breakfast?

A. Breakfast is not included but there are a couple of options:
1) We can buy a list of ingredients for you and put inside your villa when you arrive so you can cook your own breakfast. This service is charged according to the total grocerybill. IT starts  at THB 1,500 plus the cost of items.
2) You can hire a private Chef to cook breakfast for you. We will reccommend a chef and you can discuss all the details directly with the chef. 

Q. How far from the beach the villas are?

A. All villas are less than 5 minutes walking from the beach. Very easily accessed by foot.

 

Q. How far is Samui Bayside Luxury Villas far from the city centre?

A. We are very nearby two centres. We are 5 min driving from Choengmon village and 15 min drive from Chaweng beach. Choengmon villas has several shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and convenience stores. It is a small village but you can find all you need. Chaweng beach is the biggest beach in the island and it has literally everything in terms of shops, bars, night clubs, restaurants, markets and so on.

 

Q. Do we need to hire a car or can we do everything by foot?

A. By foot you can access the beach, a couple of restaurants and one convinience store. To go to different beaches, Choengmon village or Chaweng it is better a car or a motorbike. Taxis can be easily booked by talking to our team once you’ve checked in. Private drivers can also be hired for the day or half day. Our team can also assist you in hiring cars and motorbikes. Taxis are very comfortable, convenient, safe, and are available at all hours. For reference, a one-way journey to Chaweng for up to 12 passengers costs 400THB. There are also metered taxis around busier areas like Chaweng and Fisherman’s Village. Lastly, there is a taxi app called Navigo. We suggest you arrive first and see with your own eyes what kind of transportation you wish to use. We don’t need previous reservation for cars and scooters, so you can decide it after you check-in and ou team will assist you immediately.

 

Q. How do I know which villa I booked? I am confused…

A. Here at Samui Bayside Luxury Villas, we present all our villas individually to the market, instead of villas category. Even though all our villas are very very similar, all our villas have individual photos (you just need to click on top of their name and you will see individual photos). It is a completely free choice of each guest to look at each individual villa and choose themselves the best villa that suits. We are not responsible to choosing which villa guests will stay. Moreover, we do not move guests from one villa to another without their consent and that only happens when there is a technical problem in the villa. If you are not sure which villa you booked please email us and we will let you know immediately.

 

Q. Do you offer transfer services?

A. We offer free one way transfer to or from the airport, to or from Bangrak Pier, and to or from few nearby locations in the ilsand. Transfer to or from other piers, such as Nathon, Maenam, and other further places in the isalnd, are charged separately. If you have doubt about it, email us and we will let you know immediately whether it is free or not. Please once you have your flight number, or boat schedule, please inform us so we can schedule your transfer.
